REGISTRATION FORMS

Registration and Program Forms

Annual Registration

Each year we ask families to register their child for The LeaderShop’s Programs by completing the Annual Registration Form and paying a $20 fee. After you child is registered they will be eligible to attend all regularly scheduled programming, including volunteer opportunities. Some activities may require an additional fee. If the Annual Registration Fee causes financial hardship on your family, please reach out to discuss a payment plan or discounted rate. To register, click here.

Camp LeaderShop

Camp LeaderShop is our annual 7-week, full-day summer camp program designed to keep kids engaged academically, socially, physically, and civically throughout the summer months. This program fills up on the first day of registration every year. To be notified of registration dates and other camp information, please fill out this form.

Leadership Conferences

Throughout the year The LeaderShop hosts leadership conferences for junior high and high school students. These conferences are intended to help students build and develop their leadership skills through inspiring speakers, challenging team-building activities, and empowering group discussions.

This year 6th-8th grade students are invited to join us on September 30 at Gurrie Middle School for a day of leadership development, inspirational speakers, empowering small group discussions, and team-building challenges. For more information & registration, click here.

Winter Camp

Over winter break The LeaderShop hosts a winter camp intended to help relieve working parents of childcare while also giving students K-8th grade the opportunity to meet new friends, playing games, do crafts, and have fun. Stay tuned for information on Winter Camp 2025.

Mandated Community Service

We provide junior high and high school students who have received mandated court or police appointed community service hours the opportunity to complete their hours through The LeaderShop. Whenever possible, staff members connect these young people directly to programs with the hope that they will find service worthwhile and continue to be connected after their mandated service is completed. At this time we do not allow for adults to completed mandated community service through our organization. Please fill out this form and a staff member will reach out to you.

We strive to keep our programs affordable and accessible for our youth. There is a $20 annual fee for each student involved. This fee goes towards tracking service hours, making transportation available for most of our programs, and more. View our calendar to see when our programs are meeting. To learn more, contact us.
