Catherine LeBeau

Catherine LeBeau joined The LeaderShop team as our Marketing and Communications Coordinator in 2021. She has her Bachelors of Social Work from the University of Iowa and her Masters of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis.

For the past fifteen years, Catherine has worked with youth in various capacities—as a nanny, babysitter, swim coach, foster care case manager, and a mentor. In 2016, Catherine began her journey with The LeaderShop’s youth as a Program Coordinator. She then continued her career as a house manager and nanny. She never lost connection with The LeaderShop, however, and has remained a part of the Mentoring Program for the last five years as a Mentor.

Catherine is excited to serve The LeaderShop in a new capacity. Her creativity and writing skills have been put at the forefront of her new position, and she is motivated to create great marketing content to share with The LeaderShop’s audience.
