Last year (2016-17), 959 students—high school, junior high and grade schoolers—spent more than 26,000 hours in The LeaderShop’s programs, growing into responsible, community-minded leaders. 144 adult volunteers spent more than 4,100 hours helping our staff deliver those programs! About Image

Since 1978, The LeaderShop has provided a safe and welcoming environment for elementary through high school aged youth. Our programs range from mentoring and leadership to performance groups, outreach/volunteer services and special community-based events.

The LeaderShop participants are encouraged to express themselves by getting involved in the diverse programs which are designed to give them the tools, confidence and passion to want to make a difference in their community.

Involvement in The LeaderShop changes lives, both for the participants and residents of the neighborhoods we serve. The LeaderShop takes a preventive position in helping today’s youth grow into productive leaders in their communities.
